This is an important step to let Sally get to know you and what you like. We are often our own harshest critic and Sally is here to help you focus on the many positive as well as your concerns.
We next discuss your concerns and what has brought you into clinic. Sally uses her expertise to formulate your skin and treatment prescription.
Consultations are not rushed and education is a focus so you as the patient can make an informed choice for you.
We would loved to educate you more here around the many benefits our treatments can offer, however those performed using Schedule 4 (prescription) medicine are unable to be discussed unless we are in our consultation. In Australia the Therapeutic Goods Association (TGA) regulates these medicines and it is illegal for me to advertise or promote them online.
Where is your pricing?
In Australia the Therapeutic Goods Association (TGA) regulates many treatments we provide as these require S4 medicines and it is illegal for me to advertise or promote them online.
There are other treatments that are classified as Medical Devices such as Rejuran. As these are not classified as medicines I am allowed to discuss them online and can provide you pricing on enquiry.

Cosmetic Nurse Sally is a well-renowned Division 1 Registered Nurse of over 28 years, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Critical Care. Sally worked at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Cabrini Hospitals before moving to a career in Cosmetic Nursing. Trained under the Anti Aging Canterbury team she is the owner of Sutherland medical Services Pty Ltd.
Sally is passionate about helping her patients understand how in clinic treatments and at home products may help them achieve their Cosmetic goals. Sally prides herself on her professionalism and works hard to ensure patients feel listened too. Consultations are complementary and never rushed. Developing an ongoing relationship with patients is a key goal for Sally. This is clear in her post treatment support and ability to be contacted 24/7.
Sally is a wife and mother to 3 children aged between 10 and 15. She was born and raised in Melbourne and lives in the South East.
Sally is passionate about her ongoing education. She attends frequent 1:1 group sessions for training as well as key Aesthetic Conferences with her peers.
